You have uncovered a somewhat rare bug.
Some index terms are not detected by XMLmind Word to XML in your DOCX
sample file because MS-Word grammar/spell checker converts the index
field "XE" to "xe" (lower case). See attached screenshot.
We'll fix this bug in the next release of XMLmind Word to XML, v1.2.4,
which should be released in less than a month.
