3) Try temporarily turning off your anti-virus software and retry.
4) Try temporarily turning off your firewall and retry.
5) If everything fails, please send us privately
(mailto:[email protected]) the DOCX you want to convert
and
- please specify which version of DocBook and which kind of document you
want (book, article, assembly)
and
- which browser you are using
