Word allows to specify a so-called "Replacement text" that actually becomes an "alt" when saved to HTML: src="test_fichiers/image002.jpg" alt="Icône de rafraichissement" v:shapes="Image_x0020_1"> However that replacement text is apparently not caught by W2X, while I wish it to end up in the "alt" element in DocBook.
