Just re-reviewed the code, and I found out that... setNtlmAuth is
never called! So the code doesn't make much sense to me. How is it
working?

Without thinking much about it, I just commited a modified version of
your code, which you can get by doing a "svn up". Please keep on
working on that, and when you're finished (also please see point #2 of
my email in June 11) send me a patch.
