Hmmm, it don't look like real blocker bug. But ok:
     1. icons fixed in trunk (core/ui/gtkUi/entries.py)
     2. about text fields. I didn't change width of them but only tuned
        spacing in table. Do you think old look is better (see
        attachment)?
