IMO, the right fix for this is to figure out what are the input sources for the remaining encoding errors. The fix implemented by Taras is good, but only in part, as it silently ignores|hides the cause of the error. It would be idealistic to get some websites that make w3af crash with UnicodeErrors so we can finally solve the real problem.
