Any Russian local wants to help a fellow citizen with an issue[0]
? It seems that in windows if there is a user with cyrillic w3af will
crash. The original bug report title says: "Bug Report - Win7x64.
Username has cyrillic chars (i hacked core\data\db\history.py line 122
to start w3af)" so maybe we already have a solution? Please help your
Russian friends by analyzing, fixing and sending a patch for this bug
