Dear all! I'm currently packaging the threading2 branch of w3af for opensuse, which looks very promising for me. I have two questions:
Running w3af as non-root user immediately ends with the following error: "WARNING: Failed to execute tcpdump.". Tcpdump is located in the /usr/sbin/tcpdump, as it only can be executed as root. Can w3af be executed as non-root user, too or must it immediately finish when executed that way? There are two files: plugins/attack/db/sqlmap/extra/shellcodeexec/linux/shellcodeexec.x64 and plugins/attack/db/sqlmap/extra/shellcodeexec/linux/shellcodeexec.x32. Can those files be replaced by symlinks, too? Are both files required at runtime?
