This sounds like something we could use, but we would be basically
using "just the downloads part" of the whole thing. I've investigated
how OpenShot does this and they basically:
    - Have their own site [0]
    - Link to launchpad for downloads [1]

Could be done! :) I would love a github solution for this :(
