First of all, sorry. We've been unable to create a full blown windows
installer with all the necessary dependencies for this particular release.
I think that if you're inexperienced with python the best choice you've got
is to use the latest windows installer available, then perform an update to
the latest SVN version, and finally install the python-libxml2 library for
windows. I'm not 100% sure, but that should give you a working version of
w3af in windows.
