I'm very glad to share this information with you! According to
sourceforge, the w3af project has *doubled* its downloads in the past
year! In Jan we had 1787 downloads and in Nov of this year we had
3496! While its difficult [0] to say that our community has grown, I'm
glad to see that the downloads are growing and we seen to be in the
right path :)

[0] Measuring how big/important/good an open source project is very
difficult, since counting downloads is not enough because of mirrors,
live CD distributions that have w3af inside, different packages for
linux distributions that allow you to install w3af without downloading
it from the main site, etc.
