No, I don't think so. Wrap the absolute path with a single quote also
doesn't work both in bash and zsh:

$ echo $0
/bin/bash

$ w3af_console -s '/web\ scanning/serving.conf'
w3af is officially supported under Python 2.6
Failed to open file : /web\

% echo $0
zsh
% w3af_console -s /web\ scanning/serving.conf
w3af is officially supported under Python 2.6
Failed to open file : /web\

There is a trailing back slash in your message, but the remaining (from
the space) are not parsed.

PS: the latest version from SVN is working fine.
