Just a heads-up! w3af is now requiring python-chardet [0] to do
its magic. This library is helping us decode strings that we find in
HTTP responses and could not be decoded with the Content-Encoding
header nor the meta/Content-Encoding tag. You can see how it is used
by taking a look at this simple code [1]
