The target domain needs to match the domain in the webscarab file. PS: In the trunk version the importResults plugin supports burp, webscarab and csv. In threading2 I removed webscarab support because it was buggy (don't really know how) and thought nobody used it. If you want me to add support for webscarab in importResults for threading2 (which will be the next w3af version) please send me a file in private so that I can understand its format.
