The website (http://w4u.dhs.org/) now uses babelfish (http://babelfish.altavista.com/) to provide translations of the site content in French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. You may have to reload the left frame to see the links. If you click on one of the 'translation' links and you get lots of gibberish links in the left frame, please email me and let me know.
