As mentioned, here is the annotated (plus patch 4 v2) of the series
which removes waffle's the link dependency of libgbm and libEGL.

So it must be time a new Waffle release, 1.5.0. There's quite a few
bugfixes in maint-1.4 too, so also time for 1.4.2. I'll send out
a pre-release email after lunch.
