18" blackmouth

I was impressed at Leland's 18" blackmouth. I never
seem to catch any over 10" from shore with a fly here on Whidbey.
 Have
spent the last week getting cutts fresh from their spawning.
Three fish
a tide change.
My partner landed a nice dolly. Spawning colors also.
Saw my first sea otter. Saw what seemed to be whale spouts.
