Brian,

It is the same Leland Miyawaki. Man, you have a helluva memory.

I still go to the same runs on the Snoqualmie, although not as frequently,
since I learned when to go and when not to. I do my summer steelheading
locally on the Sno with a lot of fall trips to the Clearwater in Idaho. I
used to spend my summer run time on the Methow until it closed. I would be
steelheading now if the salmon weren't so cooperative at the Narrows. If
you want to have a real good time with these silvers, wait until they
switch to candlefish. I hit them with my surface poppers and I guarantee
you it is the most fun you can have with your waders on.
