Yes it does mean that section 13 (doc's too) is closed for salmon
fishing. Once again we have failed to get catch and release as a way to
participate in the fishery with the least amount of impact to it. As one
who spends alot of time in section 13 I have to say the new closures
will definately impact the least amount of anglers. On the most part I
can fish day to day without seeing another fisherman...or boats or
somedays ...boat wakes. I'm thinking closure quotas or
something....help!
Another year to bang the head on the wall I guess.
