I had read the same thing Dell and was trying to be helpful to the people
fishing it with bait so they wouldn't get a ticket. I figured the DFW was
out pretty heavy around there this weekend. You can imagine my surprise with
the response I got. If one person told me that, I figure it was a good story
and they were making up their own rules. To have two people tell me the same
thing, 200 miles apart makes me wonder if the DFW didn't tell its' field
officers to ignore the new rules this weekend and instead focus on fish
counts, vandalism etc.
