found rod/reel at Chopaka

I just got back from Chopaka this afternoon.  The fishing was spotty due to
weather. One day it blew so hard most of the day that fishing was
impossible.  I found a rod with reel and line, if you can identify it I'll
be glad to make arrangements to return it.
