Try damsel patterns both nymphs, small, with a stillwater line and long leader and watch for fish taking adult damsels or a mayfly hatch in afternoon if its not too windy,if it is try something like a ,"Denny Rickards" Seal Bugger on a still water line. The lakes in the Methow Valley were great dry fly fishing last weekend with a no.12 blue adult damsel pattern. Good Luck, Dan R
