RE: USFWS misuse of sportsmens conservation funds

I know nothing about the specific investigation. However, I *do* know 
that the GAO has become very highly politicized, beginning with 
President ReaganBush. So, I would not trust their investigations by 
more than one nanometer. I had some dealings with the GAO in the 
1960s and 1970s and it was a splendid organization, intelligently 
run, and non-partisan. No longer <sigh>.
