Hi John!  Como esta?  From what I understand, Rio makes very good lines for
spey.  Jim Vincent, the owner of Rio, is considered an accomplished spey
caster, so his spey lines receive a lot of design attention.  He has a
multi-tip line that may work for you.  The various tips will stll need
customizing out of the box to fit your specific rod(s).

Now, I'm not too sure if that 9/10 is going to be enough stick for those
searuns!  You might be starting a controversy/discussion!
