RE: YAKIMA CHINOOK FISHING

My problem is that in order to raise the public awareness for Yakima River
stream and habitat protection, the State needs to plant salmon and open a
fishing season. I thought advertising and public relations was the way to
change public opinion, not opening hatcheries.
