Anything big and hairy works well at Rock. I have done really well with black buggers
and black and green. It is a very soupy lake with limited visability so you need
something that puts out a decent sound signature.

The lake is very deep and has a mean streak to it when storms come up. There have
been several drownings there in recent years. Make sure that you don't get out in a
storm in a small boat or a float tube. It also has very limited shore access so you
can't count on getting out on shore. There is very little shore there. It is mostly
basalt cliffs.

On a positive note, this is the time of year that the browns put on the feed bags as
they get ready to spawn. Should be lots of fun.
