Steve, one of the best books out is by L.A. Garcia - Handcrafting a Graphite
Fly Rod. Clemens also has one, Advanced Rod Building that covers casting
rods, etc. etc.. They are all alike once you've built a few. I'd be glad to
help you also, I've done alot of teaching, but I'm on Whidbey Island.
