Went down to the pilchuck just outside of Snohomish to check
on the action. The river had plenty of water in it and it was definately
clouded. There were a few fly fishers and they were not having much
luck. I checked some small creeks, one that runs right along side highway
2. It isn't more than 8 feet wide and it was full of chum salmon. I
counted 40 fish in a 300 foot stretch.
