Hi Gang,
Presently, only 6 folks have shown an interest in the tying/fishing conclave. There
must be more out there! So... let me throw out a second call.
I am looking at the third week in March (or later- open for suggestions) for a time
frame (just perfect for Doc's). Additionally, open to any ideas or
thoughts. Any volunteers for tying/casting demos? I am willing to tie up tube flies
and/or Steelie patterns...... or, maybe we just want to fish (???). Also, looking
for any volunteers that would like to help with the overall logistics of the 'clave.
Presently, I have brainstormed the following ideas:
Raffle
WAFF@ Ball caps or shirts (profits will help with the raffles)
Cook offs (weather dictates)
Casting competition
Tying competition
(???)
Would really like to see this clave come together They are lots 'o fun.
