Whidbey steelhead... not

Another report from the island.  Spent a few hours sat and sun casting off
whidbey whith no strikes or fish seen.  Heard of one fish caught in the last
week (of course it was caught a half hour after I left buy a guy standing in
the same spot as me!!).

VERY SLOW fishing.  But if you are looking to practice your casting in the
wind, I can't think of a better place!

Any word from the rivers?
