I have been "lurking" for about 2 years since my hotmail account was causing administrative problems and I figured the old saying that it is better to give than receive did not apply to me since my info would be second best. However, I wanted to add my 2 cents to the fly list.

1. Wolley Bugger in black, maroon, and olive
2. Bead head chironimid
3. Goddard Sedge
4. Cary Special
5. Stimulator

I had a hard time deciding on the 6th fly. If in Alaska, it would be an egg pattern. For BC, it would be a scud. Here in WA,

6. Adams and I would fish it on top, in the film and subsurface by modifying it.

If stranded and needed food and there were no gillnets or electroshocking equipment, I would feel pretty secure if I only had a wolley bugger with a chironimid trailing behind.
