I just got done looking at my BC maps.. and I can see why people don't care to hike to
this lake. Lots of other ones in the general area that those people can drive to..
camp.. and also operates cartops and outboards.
I have a couple of others over by the Williams Lake side that i'm interested in that
are short hikes... I've heard Schoolhouse and Donnelly have some good sized fish in
them... and are about 15 minutes or so. I've never tried them as I thought "who wants
to hike in BC"...
I was fishing one last September and had lots of fair sized fish there. The last day
when I tried the bigger woolly buggers I hooked about 40 fish mostly 18-19 1/2
inches... There was about 10 of those that were smaller.. down to about 15 inches.
We're headed back in early June for a weeklong trip to fish that lake, and others in
the Quesnel/ Williams Lake area.
