salt cutts

  I'm interested in doing some salt fishing for cutts.  When do cutts start 
showing up in the North Sound?  What are some common beaches?  I've tied up 
yellow and orange spider patterns.  Any other suggestions?  Floating line or 
sink tip? Your input would be appreciated.  Thanks again.
