This is late...but better late than never. Thank you to the many list members who gave me advice on a Christmas ornament. I ended up tying a #4 'Patriot' (a Royal Wulff tied with a body of red flashabou and blue krystal flash instead of red floss and peacock herl ...it's pretty bright/gaudy). I stuck them in a glass bulb (available at Michael's) and wrote my name/year on the bottom of the bulb in a gold pen. They turned out great and everyone loved them. Only tricky part was getting the mono in the right spot so they hung level inside the bulb. I plan on doing something similar for next Christmas. Thanks again! Jeff Mix
