Wallace Lake?

Anybody fished Wallace, Jay, or Shaw lakes up north of Gold Bar in 
Snohomish County?

Apparently they used to be accessible via logging roads and were 
planted pretty regularly. The roads were gated in the early 1990s to 
deter vandalism and mischief and I suspect that fishing pressure has 
dropped off pretty dramatically since.

With the north fork of the Wallace River flowing through them, I 
wonder if the former planter population has become self-sustaining?
