The locals on Whidbey tell me that a spot called
Sandy Point is a good Cutt fishing spot. I have seen the place from the road
from Langley but have never figured how to get in there.
It is a large point of land close the road from Langley to Clinton.
There seems to be no stream of size over there so the Cutts
must be from the Stilly.
