Hey guys if the tickets are that cheap I would be surprised, Several years
back I was stopped at Lake Stevens on a 19' boat and we were three PFDs
short, the written warning was for $300.00 EACH. Luckily it was a
warning.The fine may differ according to from who issues the citation, in
this case it was the Snohomish County Sheriffs Dept.
