 Actually the hatches have yet to start in large numbers here in the Spokane 
area.  They mayfly's tend to show up near my house ( I live close to the 
Turnbull Wildlife Refuge with lots of shallow lakes etc.) a few days before 
they start hatching on the lakes in large numbers.  Once they start showing 
up here, then you have a good chance of finding them at Lenice, Chopaka etc.  
It has been so cold over this way this year that hatches are way behind the 
norm.
