The list always has been about northwest flyfishing in general, rather than
strictly flyfishing within the state of Washington .

The list charter, as stated in with welcome message received by all
subscribers is:

"This list is intended to provide a forum for the discussion of
fly fishing and fly fishing related issues in Washington
and as a means of sharing fly fishing experiences, knowledge and
advice among fly fishers within the state and surrounding areas.
We ask only that you be courteous to your fellow fly fishers and
generous in sharing your knowledge."

The idea here is to keep the focus on matters closely related to NW
flyfishing. I think that fairly includes members' occassional forays into
remote and exotic waters, especially when those forays help ease -
vicariously - our collective cabin fever.
