If you are going up the North Fork from the visitor center you will find
some lovely runs just before you reach the Mt. Tom Creek sign. These runs
hold dollies but probably no steelhead right now other than kelts. Pick up
regs at the visitor centor and read them prior to casting a fly. I'd say the
Hoh is probably blown out right now.
