Hi,

I've been up there a couple of times this year. The gate does get locked
at 8, but the guy who locks it says it is OK to park outside the gate and
keep on fishing after that.

Last time I was there the lake appeared completely dead on the surface. I
fished very very deep and got a 23" fish on a leech pattern. It was the
ugliest, nastiest looking rainbow trout you could ever hope to see in your
nightmares. I guess it was an ex hatchery broodstock fish, but it looked
like it had been there a while.

Does anybody know what rattlesnake was stocked with this year? a guy I
met up there had heard that there were no fish put in because the water
levels were so low in the early spring.
