'Nuked?'
I have a difficult time imagining the level of technical expertise
required for an outsider to permanently disable a web site. It's
highly unlikely (if not downright impossible) that someone would
waste their time to disable Angie's site to herself, no matter how
pissed they might have been at her and her insult-filled pages.
IMHO, I think it much more likely that she was unable/unwilling to
come up with $20-$30 every month to host it or that her hot temper
ran her afoul of her site's host.
