I floated the Klick last weekend. Caught 4 lost about the same. Biggest
went about 13lbs. All these steelies were hatchery fish with only one being
a native. All were released unharmed, just a little tiered.
Weather was great for steelhead, overcast, cool, with some rain. Water
level was pretty low and fairly clear.

All fish were caught on a single egg dropper, with a weighted blood sucking
leach infront. That used with a sinktip line with about 5 to 6 ft. of
leader ending with 8lbs test.

These fish are very chrome bright and very hot!!! My arms are still alittle
sore.

We floated from stinson flats to slide. (upper canyon).
I'll be going back this weekend for another float in my Waterskeeter
Pontoon, hope the river stays in good shape.

Tight Lines everyone,

Kent
