Richard, I think you asked about a pram from Hyde..?(somehow didn't save the
email) They have ONE! It is a demo boat that the employees used..good
shape and it is camo colored. Retails for $2,200 and they knock of 30%. It
would go for $1,500. It is an 11 fter, two bench seats, comes with oars and
anchor. If you are interested, you can call HYDE, 1-800-444-4933 and ext.
113 , John Seidel is the sales guy.

I took a fantastic trip down the South Fork of the Snake..from Swan Valley
down through the canyon. Other than arranging a difficult shuttle, you have
to make the 25 mile float! That was the drawback. My partner was not a
morning person, so it meant that we launched later than we should have. The
water is still UP, around 12,000 cfs, but there are still, good riffle water
around islands, and there are many, many islands. When someone is working
and island, others respect it and move on, or fish the high bank pockets
under float. The PMD fishing was awesome. Unlike Island Park, you could
move right up on top of fish in riffly seam water no deeper than several
feet. Cripples and parachutes worked well. What, at first, appeared to be
small fish rises, were soon discovered to be very large cuttbows and
cutthroat. They'd quit feeding, but for a short period of time, after
hooking several and then one might surface barely off the end of your wading
shoes,(we waded wet). The greed set in quickly. We wanted to stay for the
duration of surface activity, but had to push on because of the distant
takeout. The South Fork will continue to get better and better as they
lower the irrigation water. We also floated by several moose in the river.
Jere
