Good spots?

I live in Kitsap co. and am looking for river or creek mouth spots for this years salmon runs! I am new to the area and have had incredible luck in most of the local lakes, but am itching for a monster! So if anyone has any good tips on where when and what to use please drop me a line. Thanks Chris
