Perch Limit

I heard today that the state has taken the limit off of perch in certain
eastern Washington lakes. Do any of you guys on the east side no any thing
about this and why they are doing it, if it is true. I haven't had a good
perch fry since I left Ohio 30 years ago. I would also like to know what
lakes, and they do hit flies.
