Fished from drift boat downstream of the launch at Boe Road. We anchored just off the channel on the S. Side of the river and had fairly consistent action as pods of schools came through. Sink tip with a hot fl. pink deceiver #4 and slime line with hot fl. pink marabou clouser #4 worked well. Quarter and slow retrieve. The boat gave us complete freedom from the crowds. The river is very gentle, a rowboat or pram would work fine. Andy, where did you fish on the tidewater?
