Fished the Elwah on saturday. Fished right where the access starts above Rica Canyon. Only saw a few risers, but they were agressive, didnt take anything on the top, Stripping Wooleys (Black) produced 2 nice Rainbows to hand (I was surprised at how fat these guys were), and 3 more LR. I was pretty happy for fishing mid-day. (1 to 4pm) Not much bug activity noted. Ive never seen the water that low before.
