Vincent, Try this link: http://www.vtrail.com/hotsprings.html.  The one in Snoqualmie is called Scenic Hot Springs, and isn't too bad.  A bit tricky to get on to the main trail, but a very doable 2 mile hike.  The springs have been contained in a pretty elaborate series of "hot-tubs" built by volunteers.  Clothing is DEFINITELY optional, so if you're modest about that (though anyone asking about hot springs usually isn't), it might not be for you.
