In my past life I worked for the USFWS and have used rotenone many times.
If my memory is correct, for rotenone to be fatal to a 200lbs human, that
person must consume 2,500 gallons of rotenone tainted water within a 24 hour
sitting. So if your dog was say 50lbs then he would have to consume about
500 gallons within 24 hours before it would be fatal. However, rotenone can
make people/animals sick in the stomach kinda like a sore stomach for a day
or so but nothing real serious. So if your dog drinks some rotenone tainted
water at worst I would say is that your dog may/may not get a sore stomach.
